Academically, he holds a Higher National Diploma and is actively pursuing a degree at JKUAT. He is registered with NCA, with IET and KETREB registrations progressing. Fidel's impactful contributions include major road upgrading projects for Sigowet-Chepkeeml and Marigat-Muchongoi, along with the completion of the Kisumu Boys Roundabout Junction.
